Responsibilities of a Postpartum Care Specialist
Mommycare's postpartum care specialists have a minimum of 10 to 20 years of extensive experience in postpartum care. They are dedicated to caring for mothers and babies with warmth and a loving heart.
Their main duties involve caring for mothers and newborns, and they also provide some household services as postpartum assistants.
** The services may vary or be omitted depending on the health condition of the mother and baby.
** Additional charges may apply for side dishes and laundry services for family members other than the mother and newborn.
** We do not support household chores that are not directly related to postpartum care, such as cleaning the entire house, washing blankets, ironing large amounts of laundry, making kimchi, entertaining guests, or preparing lunch boxes.
Postpartum Care
Management of Postpartum Swelling, Breast Massages (to Prevent Mastitis), Assistance with Breastfeeding, Sitz Baths (to Alleviate Perineal Pain and Promote Wound Healing), Foot Baths (to Reduce Swelling and Promote Blood Circulation), Hygiene Management for Mothers, Nutritional Management, Meal Preparation

Newborn Care
Keeping and managing a newborn diary, measuring the baby's temperature, newborn massages (to support growth, emotional stability, and brain development), bathing and umbilical cord care, sterilizing baby bottles, managing the breast pump, washing newborn clothing.
Additional Family Care
Dropping off and picking up the older child from kindergarten (without providing transportation), preparing meals and snacks, quick washing up (hand washing and face washing), organizing toys.

Simple Household Chores
Simple cleaning (mother's room and baby's room), routine simple laundry, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen in use.
